Oblivion NPC Redesign Project[edit]

Shouldn't this article have an OBNPCRP tag on it (or am I missing something)? --GKtalk2me 15:33, 7 February 2010 (UTC)

I think so. They're generic NPCs but many others have it too (Mage Scholar and Mage Apprentice for example). So it probably should be added. --SerCenKing Talk 15:39, 7 February 2010 (UTC)

Horseback?[edit]

The section in this article stating that these are the only NPC expect Imperial Legion Soldiers you will ever see on a horseback is wrong, isn't it? I've met Honmund on a horses back several times up in the Jerall mountains. — Unsigned comment by 212.251.240.116 (talk) at 11:27 on 9 June 2010

It is wrong in some ways. Honmund rides on horseback and so does Carandial and Oghash gra-Magul. Of course, the page uses the word "typically" which makes it a bit fuzzy and uncertain, so a minor reword to the text should be enough. --Krusty 11:33, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Extra Copies Of The Paper[edit]

An easy way to get extra copies of the paper is to fast travel to the anvil stables, then travel north on the main road on foot until you see the Courier on horseback riding down the middle of the road, press the activate button repeatedly when she's close enough to talk to, and you'll have dozens of each edition available in a matter of just a few minutes. The Black Horse headquarters in the Imperial City only gives you one copy of each edition, but this way you get as many as you like. (This of course works with any of the four couriers on horseback) --D. Gemini

That really belongs on the Black Horse Courier page, this is the page for NPC couriers. And you can sign your posts by using four tildes (~). Kitkat1749 TalkContribE-mail 13:41, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
I'm not really good at this stuff although I have made quite a few contributions... just never signed up. Maybe I should. So, if you think that a new Notes section on the Black Horse Courier article could contain how do get extra copies of the paper, feel free (anyone) to add it and adjust my wording how you see fit. D. Gemini
Okay, I added a "Notes" section on the Black Horse Courier (headquarters) article and the The Black Horse Courier (newspaper) article, so someone check them out and see if they're good. If you wish to re-word them or delete one of them feel free! However I think the note should be placed on at least one of the two articles. I feel so smart. heheh... (My first "Notes" edit and my first clickable links coding edit) --D. Gemini
Now I'm signed up! That was easy... Why is my name red and most others are blue though? (not the place for that question I know sorry) --D. Gemini

The BLACK Horse Courier[edit]

Anyone notice that maybe the reason the paper is called The "Black" Horse Courier is for the simple fact that it is delivered throughout Cyrodiil by couriers riding "BLACK" horses? =) --D. Gemini 06:31, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

Actually it's probably a more general point than that. Black Horses are famed as the fastest in Tamriel, so the title "Black Horse Courier" carries with it an implicit "Fastest with the News" slogan. In any case, it's not really notable. rpeh •TCE 08:46, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
