Weak Guards[edit]

Why is he(and the other prison gaurds) so easy to kill...wheni first started i killed them fairly simple and then i figured that the other garuds in the city were weak and learn that they werent the hard way — Unsigned comment by LuciusZelgius (talkcontribs) at 21:15 on 9 November 2008‎

I don't think Gepard is levelled, if you did the quest at a high level this would explain it. — Unsigned comment by ‎Baenlin (talkcontribs) at 22:15 on 27 May 2009

His note[edit]

In the section in his note that says "We're not dealing with the unknown, and I'll be damned if I know how to handle it," Shouldn't the "not" not be there? Because from the rest of the letter, it seems that the threat is definitely unknown. Jedibob5 12:33, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Yes, that would make more sense. Or perhaps "now"? –rpehTCE 13:19, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Neat little glitch (though probably known)[edit]

I am using 100% chameleon just to mess around and well, I'm at the Captain and that nice corpse of the assassin on the table. I pulled the corpse off the table and used the Staff of Worms on it. He stood up and instantly attacked it, but for some reason the two guards from earlier (the ones who talk about the Captain) charged in and started attacking each other! I'm not sure if his violent nature came off as a crime, but it turned into a quick bloodbath. I've tried it out at least three times now, each time the others charge in and they all start attacking each other. Last one standing (usually the Nord with the torch) will stick around for a little bit, this provides an opportunity to use the Staff of Worms on either the Captain or the other guard, they'll pick up a nearby weapon and start attacking him, thus...you can end up with the three of those guards dead. Strangely, if you just let two of the guards die and the last live you don't receive a bounty or murder charge though because guards TECHNICALLY died, you won't get your bonus. Altmer, Breton and Redguard???[edit]

Has anyone else noticed that these Legion guards here are the ONLY ones in the ENTIRE game that are not Male Imperials? I know there are some Nordic city guards and all, but every Imperial Legion Soldier or Guard captain seems to be Male and Imperial. I didn't realize all this, until I saw that Altmer guard. I mean, I can see Bretons and Imperials working together, because they are a lot alike and both human and all. But an Altmer? It's not a big deal, but it bugs me. Maybe they intended the Legion to consist of all races, then dropped that idea and forgot about the sewer guards? — Unsigned comment by 81.205.124.16 (talk) at 11:54 on 16 July 2012

Actually, not every Legion Soldier is male and Imperial. As noted here, there are quite a few exceptions to the rule. Kitkat TalkContribE-mail 12:21, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
As I stated, these are City guards. It constantly says 'Nordic guard captain of Chorrol' etc. I was explicitly referring to the 'Imperial Legion', not just any random city guard. And as far as I know, all Legion Soldiers and Watches are Male Imperials. 81.205.124.16 15:34, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
