I'm not sure how you got this quest if you're a vampire, but unfortunately the answer is no. But there's not much to do with them anyway, so it's only a matter of time when you get bored of them and decide to get rid of them. --Kertaw48 08:01, 13 June 2010 (UTC)

I used the console to remove the vampire sun damage spell, which is what causes them to have an adverse reaction. And I don't actually have the quest it's simply that a Berne would end up having to refuse the quest or kill Raxle Berne.--TheAlbinoOrc^{Got_a_question?} 17:40, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
