Skill Book random loot

There's literally thousands of them. Any location where a random list that contains skillbooks spawns. 216.82.142.13 19:29, 18 August 2010 (UTC)

Un-reading skill books

Anyone know how to do this, presumably using console commands? Sometimes you accidentally pick the wrong book and your game hasn't been recently saved. That really sucks, so it would be nice to just use the console to take away a skill point and mark the book unread.
