Galar Rothan

Galar Rothan is a Dark Elf enchanter and Lawman of House Telvanni. He is located in the Telvanni Council House, Sadrith Mora. He barters a wide range of magical weapons, scrolls and soul gems. Galar is a medium trainer in Blunt Weapon, Unarmored, and one of the few in Enchant.

He is wearing an exquisite robe and shoes and is wielding a silver staff of shaming. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

If you ask him for the latest rumors, he'll say, "Llunela Hleran said she wanted to incorporate some of the defenses she's seen in Dwemer ruins into her next stronghold."

• Galar Rothan belongs to the Rothan family, which has their own ancestral tomb.
• Most of his stock, aside from the scrolls, can be stolen simply by positioning yourself carefully and grabbing them, no stealth needed. This includes the entire contents of his closet, with a number of very valuable weapons - just go behind it. Bring an unlock 100 scroll if you need it, it's a very worthwhile investment.
