Alfwyn pointed out to me that this book is not currently found in any game; it's cut Skyrim content. Thus, it should either be considered OOG content or, alternatively, not officially approved by Bethesda. Either way, it apparently doesn't meet the criteria for acceptance articulated at UESPWiki:Lore and at Lore:Library. I don't want to make a big deal of it, but I thought I should point out that it seems it would be appropriate to delete this lore page. Minor EditsThreatsEvidence 05:35, 15 November 2012 (GMT)

I'd agree with this. Using the info on a lore article is one thing, but actually considering the book itself to be canon is an assumption we can't really make. —Legoless (talk) 17:28, 28 March 2015 (GMT)
I'm a little torn on this one. On one hand the book can't be found in-game. But on the other hand the information backs up what's found in-game, and it's unlikely the book was cut intentionally. I don't know make your own call.--StormySkies (talk) 20:46, 28 March 2015 (GMT)
It may have been excluded for a reason. We already treat the datamined Arena gladiator teams as OOG, so doing the same for a book found in the Creation Kit seems the most consistent to me. —Legoless (talk) 21:40, 28 March 2015 (GMT)
I am inclined to agree that it shouldn't be in lorespace, based on the guidelines. I have nothing against keeping the content in the Skyrim gamespace though. --Enodoc (talk) 23:09, 28 March 2015 (GMT)
Do we actually know that this book isn't in the game due to a bug or was it a dev decision. Speculating the reason for exclusion might not be the best course of action. This book absolutely belongs on UESP somewhere and should be used on lorepages, even if its as OOG in the 'Notes' section. --90.219.41.225 12:42, 29 March 2015 (GMT)
It's been a while since I checked, but I'm pretty sure that was corroborated. I imagine it will remain in the Skyrim namespace, though likely with a notice on its status. Users would still be able to cite it as OOG or otherwise mention it as needed. Insignificant RevisionsThreatsEvidence 14:48, 29 March 2015 (GMT)
It already has a small note on Skyrim:The Secrets of Ragnvald, where the actual text will need to be moved to before this page is deleted. —Legoless (talk) 14:58, 29 March 2015 (GMT)

() I've deleted the page and moved the content to Skyrim space. I've left this talk page in place, though, as part of the explanation for the deletion. Robin Hood  (talk) 21:31, 30 March 2015 (GMT)
