Translation[edit]

Ive added a translation because people might want to read the peices of it. Cole1 23:16, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

I would add a description, but that should be discussed first.Cole1 23:17, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
I believe that I read somewhere that all esoteric Dwemer writings in Morrowind are just gibberish in Dwemer font, i.e. the Dwemer language wasn't created by the developers back then in 2002 (if it even is now). I'm not sure what is the purpose of a translation then. Besides a better place for something like that would be a subpage, like [[Lore:The Egg of Time/Translation]] for an example. -- kertaw48 17:47, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
I think just a non-book note explaining that the Dwemer writing is gibberish would suffice. Minor Edits 02:45, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
I don't believe it to be gibberish. Read this: [[1]] It says that the translation seems to be a debate that was happening, as to whether the Heart of Lorkhan was dangerous or not.
Also, this quote from TIL [[2]]: "This is more likely. The book "The Egg of Time" seems to indicate that there was a debate going on. The book argues that it is safe to tap the power of the Heart, and that the Dwemer who believed that it was a great risk were incorrect."

The text is gibberish, but lore-wise it does have a meaning, as Yagrum Bagarn can translate it for you - and according to him, the book indeed argues that using Kagrenac's Tools on the Heart of Lorkhan could have been safe. --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 16:24, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
