Warhaft patch

The comment in the article say that Warhaft is patched back into the game as of 1.06, but I cannot find a single version of the CD-ROM release that has Warhaft in the ending. --Rezalon (talk) 09:15, 12 August 2018 (UTC)

I know this is almost two years old, but I'm curious of this as well. I only played the floppy disc/Bethesda free version back during the end of 2011, but haven't played through the GOG/CD-ROM version. While looking through the GOG Games>Arena files I saw video files END01.FLC, END02.FLC, & WARHAFT.FLC that are from the floppy one. I'm confused why they have both ending versions in the files. Did GOG patch him back or something? Anyway, I found this discussion through the Lore:Warhaft history after reading the notes of Lore:Talin & Lore:Eternal Champion & curious it wasn't mention there of him being patched back. This is a good question. Over on the Arena files page, it states that 1.06 is the "latest official Arena patch" but the CD-ROM download says it is version 1.07. This appears to also be the GOG version as there is a 1.07 readme file included (as well as the full speech files). I can't find a non-Warhaft ending video, however. And having never played through the entire game, I've no idea what cutscene appears at the end. Echo (talk) 08:03, 12 March 2020 (GMT)
