Move to Lore:Places and Redirect

I propose that we move this information (perhaps with a few additions and tweaks) to the Lore:Places page and turn this article into a redirect. It is a page with very little info to be found (only a map), and as such should be moved -- along with all of the articles whose only source is this map.
