This is my first wiki anywhere, and my HTML is rusty, so let me know what I need to do to fix this and I'll make it happen. I wanted, if nothing else, a placeholder for Ruddy Man. I'm surprised he doesn't have an article, considering his status in Morrowind Lore. I'm replaying through Morrowind, so I'll see if I can fish up more information to put on this page. Also, if this ends up being deemed not important enough to get its own article, please let me know and I'll take it down.
