Anuic[edit]

On what basis are the Magna-Ge called "anuic"? -- SarthesArai Talk 16:37, 11 October 2018 (UTC)

Best guess, according to The Annotated Anuad: "The blood of Anu became the stars." It's referenced over at Lore:Gods but not here. Echo (talk) 17:06, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
Also, from Exegesis of Merid-Nunda: "...the so-called Star-Orphans, those Anuic ur-entities that separated from Magnus when that Divine withdrew from the creation of the Aurbis." — Unsigned comment by Echo (talkcontribs) at 22:56 on 20 October 2018 (UTC)

Prime Archon[edit]

Are we sure that the Prime Archon is Ithelia? Other articles link the Prime Archon to her, but I'm not sure that ESO would boldly make another Daedric Prince, just to give her essentially the same backstory as Meridia. The "Queen of Fates Unwritten" line is pretty strong evidence, but everything about the "madness of the Time God" that follows seems separate from anything we currently know about Ithelia. To be fair, I may be missing something since I have not played Scions of Ithelia. BananaKing5 (talk) 15:56, 4 April 2024 (UTC)

It’s definitely Ithelia, the Queen of Fates Unwritten title you mentioned followed by the passage (Mora Obscura) which is a pretty obvious reference to the Mora erasure as is the fact that of all the Nine Coruscations here she is the only one who isn’t directly named. Her angelic appearance, comparable to Meridia's own appears to be quite intentional depiction wise as well. Dcking20 (talk) 16:17, 4 April 2024 (UTC)
I think the Indeterminate Sea (Mora Obscura) essentially just means "unknown fates". I think Mora here isn't used DIRECTLY as a reference to Hermaeus Mora's name, but rather Mora Obscura is the name of that "sea". I'd still say it is referring to HM anyway (fate and seas are his shtick), but not his erasure of Ithelia. But fair enough with the other arguments. Interesting that ESO would go this route, but that could set up some interesting ideas concerning Meridia's attitude towards HM for "killing" her Star Sister.
