Evermore[edit]

Since when was it the main city-state? I always thought the main one was Daggerfall. I read through the Pocket Guides, and they say nothing of the sort; I looked for Daggerfall's article on Evermore, only to realize that the city is beyond the game world, to the north. So... where does this information come from?--Kalis AgeaYes? Contrib E-mail 01:20, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

Really old topic, but for the sake of closure, I don't see a source, either, and I've changed the article. Minor EditsThreatsEvidence 00:04, 14 April 2013 (GMT)

4E[edit]

Does anyone know what happened in High rock in the fourth era?--Jakobbe 06:54, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

High rock remained largely peaceful and prosperous during the Great War and after it. Based on that I think it is safe to assume that not a huge amount happened, at least compared to the rest of Tamriel at that time. RIM 17:36, 18 February 2012 (UTC)
Thanks i was just confused because the history section doesnt go any longer than the warp in the west--Jakobbe 06:56, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

The Sacking if Wayrest[edit]

Is it worth mentioning the sacking of Wayrest in 4E 188 by corsairs? It's currently mentioned in the Wayrest lore page (based on the reference to the event in Cicero's Journal Volume 2). --DagmarH (talk) 21:26, 23 November 2012 (GMT)

How High Rock is split[edit]

I see High Rock split like how Skyrim is broken into the Old Holds and West Skyrim or Cyrodiil is split into Colovia and the Nibenay. High Rock is divided into three large regions. There is Greater Bretony, which consists of Glenumbra, Stormhaven, and Rivenspire. There is the Western Reach which is obviously Wrothgar, Bangkorai, and I think that Gavaudon is also a part of this. Then there is the Dellese Isles which is Balfiera and a couple of islands that surround it, the islands surrounding Balfiera in the Iliac map in Daggerfall. Since there isn't much to say about those three regions, I just put things together and saw it as plausible. Would that be possible? --Vincentius1 (talk) 23:52, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

Well, technically it's not impossible. But only one source ever mentions Greater Betony and the Dellese Isles, without a slightest mention of where these regions would be. So at this point everything is just a speculation. --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 00:12, 18 September 2017 (UTC)

"witch kings and nomadic horsemen"[edit]

Corpse Preparation says "In my native High Rock, traditions dating back to the witch kings and nomadic horsemen mandate cremation of the dead. " Where does this fit into the history of High Rock? Also article should mention the burial traditions from the same book somewhere. --Agiletek (talk) 20:31, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
