Woodborne Hall (Daggerfall)

Woodborne Hall was the ample castle of the minor noble and traitor Lord Woodborne of Wayrest. The Hall itself was built by Lord Woodborne to withstand invasions and so was designed with a multitude of levers that only allowed access when pulled in the correct order. [1]

In 3E 405 the Agent was told of the location of Woodborne Hall by King Lysandus's ghost. The Agent entered Woodborne Hall and discovered evidence that Woodborne was planning to seize the throne of Wayrest—and presumably use the power of Numidium to conquer the surrounding lands. Lord Woodborne was eventually cornered and slain by the Agent in the Hall, leaving the fate of Woodborne Hall unknown.[2]
