The Boots of the Apostle are very mysterious. The wearer of the boots is rumored to be able to levitate, though sightings of them in use have been extremely rare.[1] They are relics of Tiber Septim and are legendary treasures of Cyrodiil. The Nerevarine reportedly recovered the boots,[2] and sold them to the Mournhold Museum of Artifacts in 3E 427.[3]
