The notes, about his race[edit]

Hello,

The notes currently say although these books suggest he is human. The books essentially say that he has red hairs and that Argonians distrust him. But if you look closely to the card art, you'll see that Bramman does have hairs. It's a theory of mine, but for me it means that Bramman isn't a pure-blood Argonian, but he is of mixed origins, like argonian/human. Explaining why he is distrusted by the Argonians and that he has hairs. --Lady freyja (talk) 17:10, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

"The Argonians in the interior swamps of Black Marsh were skittish, and little wonder, as the contact they had with men from the outside was from the like of Bramman and other brigands." (2006)
"The Argonians distrusted men after witnessing Bramman's antics of pillaging and slavery." (2014)
This artwork is a simple retcon (or error). Might be worth noting that he's depicted with hair, but theories expanding upon that veer into the realm of speculation and can't go on the article. —Legoless (talk) 18:28, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
Could be a case of "I was not the first dread pirate Red Bramman". The other thing is that if Bramman was leading a group of men, they might distrust the corrupting influence being around men has on Argonians. But I agree, this is quite speculative. Jeancey (talk) 18:58, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
Look close to the card art. Seems like Bramman have... a ponytail? behind a neck. As for book, it said "distrusted men", not Bramman personally. So, they don't clearify his race. Maybe, books means "hair" not like a lot of hairs on head, but like a "coiffure".--95.132.132.49 23:37, 11 September 2017 (UTC)
For those who didn't hear it in our Discord, Jeancey actually just got the chance to ask them about Bramman at PAX. Basically it was an intentional retcon because there really aren't many, if any, real famous Argonian warriors, so they decided something along the lines that he was actually an Argonian raised by humans. ~ Alarra (talkcontribs) 19:25, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
