Temple of Akatosh is a location in Wayrest. It is unlocked by completing Kastus Thorn's House, along with the Order of the Hour Barracks.

The match features a Temple Lane, which has the effect, "When a creature is summoned here, gain 1 health. The temple rewards health gain.", along with a Shadow Lane. In addition, you and your opponent will start with the Temple's Blessing support in play. During the battle, you have the opportunity to earn the basic title The Temple's Chosen by reaching 40 health.
