Harsh Conditions is a unique legendary Neutral support card. It cannot be obtained as part of your collection, but instead appears in the Bleakcoast Ridge quest in Return to Clockwork City.

While this cards has 5 uses and starts on the player's side of the board, it cannot be activated and does not interact with cards such as Craglorn Scavenger. It automatically counts down to 0, casts Ice Storm and resets back to 5 again.
