Summary[edit]

Picture of the Ministry of Truth, a moonlet that sits suspended in the sky over the Temple canton in the city of Vivec. It is associated with the Shrine of Daring, located underneath. Legends claim that it is a rogue moon, taken from the sky to be captured and tamed by Lord Vivec.

The ministry of truth is used as a prison by the temple and also guards over the Temple's site as well as Lord Vivec's palace. It is said to fall should the people of Morrowind ever stop worshipping Lord Vivec.
