Abandoned Building

The Abandoned Building is a house in Raven Rock. Heading towards the Earth Stone, it is the last building to be found on the waterfront.

Until the quest Cleansing the Stones is completed, the Abandoned Building is uninhabited. After which, Bralsa Drel and Rirns Llervu will take residence.

To the right of the front door are two Scathecraw plants.

The interior of the building

This squalid building is littered with piles of ash, cobwebs, and items messily laid about. Upon entering the building there is a bottle of Nord mead lying on the floor in the middle of the room. To the immediate left of the front door is a bottle of Nord mead lying on top of a pile of ash. To the right of the ash pile, in the back-left corner of the room, are two tankards sitting on a ledge just above the floor. To the right of these tankards, immediately visible upon entering the building, is a dresser containing a bottle of Nord mead, a bottle of sujamma, a copy of Confessions of a Dunmer Skooma Eater, a bottle of matze, and on the floor in front of the dresser, another tankard. Hidden behind the dresser, sitting on the ledge just above the floor is a copy of The Poison Song, Book IV. To the right of the dresser, sitting on the ledge, is another bottle of matze, and to the right of that, lying on the floor in the middle of the doorway to the next room, is another tankard. To the right of this doorway, to the immediate-right of the front door, are two more bottles of Nord mead lying on the ledge and sitting on a crate, respectively.

In the next room, to the left of the doorway are two owned bed rolls. Sitting between them are a bottle of sujamma, a bottle of flin, a bottle of shein, two tankards, a loaf of bread, and a wedge of goat cheese. To the right of the right bed roll is a crate, with another loaf of bread and a copy of The Five Far Stars lying on top of it. To the right of this crate, beneath the staircase, are two owned urns. On the right-hand side of the room is a staircase which leads to an upper floor, only containing a barrel, a large sack, and a smaller one.
