Overhaul

Because I overhauled this page quite drastically, it is likely that there will be broken links to the old version of this page on other articles. How do I go about finding which pages on the wiki link here? Also, I'm not sure what the exact criteria for what constitutes a "Redesigned" page under the Daggerfall Redesign Project is, but I think this overhaul will put us on the right track to clearing this page from the list of pages needing "cleanup." On the side bar, in the toolbox section, there is a link that say "What Links Here". You can click that and find every page on the wiki that links here. That doesn't show external links here, however. ~ Ad intellige ^(talk) 03:00, 2 August 2014 (GMT)

The fast travel section relating to ships could be tweaked.

Should also mention that you can effectively "rent" ships for a small additional cost during the fast travel process even if you don't have a ship. I was confused by the current wording, which may be taken to imply that owning a ship can increase fast travel speed over what is available without owning a ship. Instead, it simply negates the (small) additional cost of the option when fast traveling.

speed glitch?

in this section of the article, i cant find the speed glitch that they used in Daggerfall:Cheats, can anyone add it there?

IIRC you just need to add "CHEATMODE 1" to your z.cfg file to unlock cheats, and then press the 1 key in game to toggle between the faster and slower speeds. I can't check right now though sorry, maybe you could confirm. Username1 (talk) 08:32, 14 April 2022 (UTC)

Swimming and skill-up

I have read (but not verified in my own game) that above-ground swimming does not increase swimming skill. It would be nice to note that here if it can be confirmed.
