Quest Name[edit]

Is there a specific place where the name of this quest is confirmed to be The Obsessed Child? In the quest, you're performing an exorcism. The word "obsessed" carries an entirely different definition, and one wouldn't have to perform an exorcism on an obsessed person (well, I suppose you could try, but your mileage may vary greatly). It would make more sense for the quest to be titled The Possessed Child given the content of the quest. --JMcAfreak (talk) 21:30, 1 November 2013 (GMT)

Not offered in places[edit]

I made it a note instead of a bug, as it needs more testing and I don't know if it's intentional or not, but my character is only offered the quest at temples in cities, not at the temples on the map (with names like "Inner Tree of Zenithar" or whatever). My character belongs to the Temple of Mara, and is not offered the quest at these sites in any region that has Mara as a patron. No idea if it's the same for other deities though. I think it's noteworthy, at the very least. Echo (talk) 19:52, 21 September 2016 (UTC)

I haven't tried this ever, but considering how the game-engine works, this behavior seems quite logical. These regional temples have no quest locations where the child and guard can be placed. The settlement needs at least a tavern for the guard and at least two houses, but regional temples lack these locations.--PLRDLF (talk) 18:01, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
Ah, I didn't even think about that. Yes, that would preclude it under any circumstance, then. Thanks! Echo (talk) 18:49, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
