Unused/Broken Dialogue?

There is far too much dialogue in this questfile, but there is one bit that I cannot see being used anywhere:

"You mindless (player's race)! Why couldn't you be content with being a scapegoat? (guard name?)!" or "Why couldn't you just get out of (region) and left everything along, (player's race)? (Oath), you'll wish you had!"

Obviously, this is meant to be said by the criminal, most likely when presented with evidence. But I can't get it to appear under any circumstances (no mods). Is it used at all? Echo (talk) 19:35, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

Yes there is bug I've overseen. The game expects the constellations merchant(bad)<->priest(good) e.g. noble(bad)<->thief(good) which does not exist in the quest. The constellations priest(bad)<->noble(good) e.g. thief(bad)<->merchant(good) should work though.--PLRDLF (talk) 02:04, 15 October 2016 (UTC)
