The project banner on top of the page is a template that carries those categories to pages with it. A walkthrough exists on the page, and I see no reason why it wouldn't be correct, but that banner is there because every page is being checked for quality, and as far as the project goes, nobody has gotten around to taking care of this page. When somebody (it could be you if you're bored) feels like checking for factual correctness, you can write in your name under the "written by" line, somebody can come check it out and they can sign off on it (it's a two-check system. One user does the "write" part, and a second "checks" just so that multiple eyes can be on the page). Damon^{(talk•email)} 05:22, 15 February 2015 (GMT)
