The Thalmor Adjutant

The Thalmor Adjutant is a High Elf Thalmor warrior and Thalmor Justiciar Armion's sidekick. His haughty demeanor mirrors that of his master, whom he loyally follows around Bruma. Depending on your choices in A Delicate Situation, he may teleport away with Armion and Adius Vilius at the end of Service Rewarded.

The Adjutant spends all his days guarding Armion, never even taking the time to sleep himself. He will watch over the Justiciar in their quarters in the Guest Wing of the castle between 1am and 7am, before heading to the Great Hall for a two-hour breakfast. From 9am to 2pm you will find him trailing behind Armion as they walk around Bruma, and will witness some of his master's conversations. After returning to the castle, they spend the next four hours in their quarters, before heading to the Great Hall for dinner at 6pm. They will retire to their rooms again at 8pm, having a midnight snack before Armion goes to sleep and the Adjutant begins his watch.

His haughtiness is immediately on display: "Oh, look. An infant. How quaint." Asked how him and Armion can be allowed to strut around Bruma like they own the place he spits: "Oh, but we practically do. I presume even one such as yourself is aware of the White-Gold Concordat, yes? That document guarantees the Thalmor the end of worship of that miserable little man-god the Nords so love to falsely revere, "Talos". We need to ensure that this agreement is upheld."

If you then ask what he does, he will explain: "Hunt down and execute Talos worshippers, keep people in line, and enforce the White-Gold Concordat." If you instead confront him about his condescending attitude he will snort: "Surely the better question would be, "Why so patient?". Because I can tell you in no uncertain terms that you are trying my patience with your primitive blubbering and inane questions. Leave me."

The Adjutant wears the standard uniform of Thalmor robes, boots and gloves, as well as carrying spares of each. He also carries a torture kit and a random assortment of jewelry, gold, lockpicks, food and drink. On top of a number of skill perks, he is armed with two Elven swords and will be able to cast Fast Healing, Lightning Cloak and Oakflesh spells.
