Bounty Decree

By decree of <Alias=Count>:

Let it be known to all upstanding citizens of Cyrodiil that the noble <Alias=Count> of <Alias=County> has placed an official bounty decree upon the bandits at <Alias=BountyLocation>, whose activities harassing travelers, merchants and good citizens of <Alias=County> must be put to an end.

Appropriate payment shall be provided to any who slay the bandits' ringleader. Once the deed is done, report to the castle steward, <County's Castle Steward>, to receive just reward.
