Redguard Map

This page provides a map of the island and town of Stros M'Kai, complete with labels and descriptions
of any areas or objects of interest. The map is divided into the Overall Island Map and
the Town Map for clarity. Note: There might be some very
minor spoilers contained in some location descriptions.

- Point A - Hole in Ground
- A large hole in the ground is found here, with what looks to be a part of a boat inside. I haven't been able
to get inside yet without dieing, but I here a ring of invisibility can be found inside (inconfirmed).
- Point B - Bridge to Isle of N'Gasta
- An old wooden bridge in a severa state of disrepair leads the way to the Isle of N'Gasta.
- Point C - Yokudan Camp
- The camp of the only Yokudans on Stros M'Kai, Saban and Coyle, is found here.
- Point D - Statue of Thassad
- The headless statue of Thassad can be found here.
- Point E - Pirate Cave
- You discover a small cave containing a luny pirate of sorts and a stash of gold, a health and a strength potion.
The pirate also has a map of the island on him if you haven't already got one.
- Point F - Two Men
- Two men are having some sort of conversation here and they aren't happy to see you.
- Point G - Angry Man
- An enraged man of sorts can be found here, who will attack you on sight.
- Point H - Large Door
- A very large door can be found here, assumably for the dragon of Lord Richton which you've heard rumours about.
The door never opens although you do exit it via the other side at one point.
- Point I - Ruined Cabin
- A find an old and ruined cabin here which looks as though it went through a fire at one time.
Inside you can find four strange potions and an empty glass bottle. This is most likely the residence
of the town alchemist who died around 5 months previous to your arrival.
- Point J - Guards
- There are two guards in this area that attack you on sight.
- Point K - Guards
- There are three guards patrolling this area who will attack you on sight.
- Point L - Camp Site
- A camp site or archeological dig of some sort is found here. As you approach you will notice a large
airship which flies away towards the town. There are 4 guards patrolling this area who will attack you on
sight. There are 7 pouches of gold scattered about this area amoung the piles of dwarven artifacts (which
appear to serve no useful purpose).
- Point M - Demon Statue
- A large, red, statue of some creature is found here. If you stand in front of it (as close as you can)
you can offer 1 gold to be healed 10 points. A nearby guard will attack you on sight.
- Point N - Observatory
- The island's observatory can be found here, manned by the slightly crazy elf named Erasmo.
- Point O - Serpent Skeleton
- The skeleton of a large creature, assumably a sea serepent, lies here. There are two pouches
of gold nearby to be picked up.
- Point P - Boat Wreck
- The remains of an old boat can be found here, along with another crazy man you will attack you
on sight. One gold pouch can be found by the boat.
- Point Q - Saintsport
- The inhabited small town with a lighthouse and a few houses, except for a crazy man who
will attack you on sight.
- Point R - Locked House
- Point S - Locked House
- Point T - Empty House
- An old house with no door contains a health and strength potion and 3 bags of gold inside.
- Point U - Locked House
- Point V - Lighthouse
- A locked lighthouse is here. You receive a rusty key at one point which opens this door.
- Point W - Gazebo
- A fancy platform is found here with an interesting picture painted on its ceiling.
- Point X - Saintsport Docks
- Some docks are found here. At one point a ship can be found here.
- Point Y - Guards
- Three guards are found patrolling this area and will attack you on sight.
- Point Z - Guards
- Two guards are found patrolling this area and will attack you on sight.
- Point 1 - Dwarven Ruins
- The entrance to the dwarven ruins/mines. Three guards patrol the area and 2 sacks of gold can be
found nearby.
- Point 2 - Dwarven Steam Pipes
- This area contains lots of machinery which uses lava to boil water, producing steam, which powers
the dwarven mines area. It can be reached only from inside the dwarven mines.

- Point A - Brennan's Ship
- This is the dock area of Stros M'kai, where you first arrive on Brennan's ship to begin your adventure.
- Point B - Warehouse
- A locked warehouse of some sort.
- Point C - Warehouse
- A locked warehouse of some sort.
- Point D - Home
- A locked house.
- Point E - Harbour Tower
- A chest with some gold in it can be found in the bottom part of this building. The top floor leads out to the bridge
to the top of the other harbour tower with Prnell.
- Point F - Harbour Tower
- The bottom door of this building is locked, but the top floor, accessible by the bridge from the other harbour tower,
contains Prnell and his telescope.
- Point G - Home
- A locked house.
- Point H - Home
- A locked house.
- Point I - Home
- A locked house.
- Point J - Catacombs Entrance
- Locked entrance to the catacombs. You receive a gold key for this door later on.
- Point K - Home
- A locked house.
- Point L - Gerrick's Goods
- The general store for the island run by Gerrick the elf and his ryhming parrot. Has a number of
useful and required items for sale.
- Point M - Town Garden
- The town garden, where the priest Kithral was last seen before he disappeared some time ago.
- Point N - Waterfall
- A magnificant waterfall which hides the entrance to the golbin caves.
- Point O - Silversmith's Home
- Initially this is just a locked house, but it is opened at a later time.
- Point O - Silversmith Warehouse
- The locked warehouse of the Silversmith's. You receive a key to open it later in the game.
- Point P - Silversmith Store
- The store of the silversmith, Krisandra.
- Point Q - Belltower
- The town bell tower manned by Favish.
- Point R - Home
- A locked house.
- Point S - Teleporter
- The main town teleporter.
- Point T - Home
- A locked house.
- Point U - Palace
- The island palace. There is no way into it other than through a specific quest.
- Point V - Jail
- The island jail. There is no way into the jail other than through a specific quest.
- Point W - Statue of Hunding
- The statue of the legendary Hunding who drove the goblins into the earth.
- Point X - Home
- A locked house.
- Point Y - Home
- A locked house.
- Point Z - The Draggin Tale
- The island's only tavern run by a resourceful argonian named Dreekius. The tavern is a good place to
practice your sword fighting skills with the local forebears, as well as catch up on all the latest news
and gossip. Yoo can also find your friend Tobias here at the beginning of the game.
- Point 1 - Home
- A locked house.
- Point 2 - Rollo's House
- A locked house like any other, owned by a dock worker named Rollo. This house becomes open for a short period
during a certain quest.
- Point 3 - Well
- The town well, a good source of fresh water which can be useful if you have the right items.
- Point 4 - Home
- A locked house.
- Point 5 - J'ffer's Books
- The only bookstore/library on the island, run by a knowledgable khajiit J'ffer. Has a few
books for sale that are useful or required for certain quests.
- Point 6 - Home
- A locked house.
- Point 7 - Guard Tower
- A locked tower of some sort.
- Point 8 - Home
- A locked house.
- Point 9 - Home
- A locked house.
- Point 10 - Cartographer's Shop
- The map maker Maiko's store. You can get a map of the island here as well as a required quest item.
The entrance in the rear of the store is the smuggler's den which you gain entrance to later in the game.
- Point 11 - Guard Tower
- A locked tower of some sort.
- Point 12 - Mages Guild
- A great source of potions (for a price) and information (for free) from the acolyte Falicia. You also
get turned into a gremlin here at one point by an enraged archmage. There is also an interesting item
found upstairs.
- Point 13 - Arkay Temple
- The temple of Arkay where brother Nidal can be found and full heals can be bought. This is also an important
location near the end of the game.
- Point 14 - Home
- A locked house.
- Point 15 - Burning Pyre
- A burning fire pit of some sort, most likely as a guide for ships at night.
- Point 16 - Old Quarter
- The old quarter which was destroyed by a dragon before you arrived on the island. You can gain access to the area
through the jail (which is accessed via a quest later on) or by a careful jump on the south side of the quarter.
Lots of gold and items lying in this area, and even more guards unfortunately.
