um you need good alchemy skills and good equipment. easy to get 100 alchemy even without cheats!
if youre plannin on using cheats just duplicate ingredients and then make em
if youre not plannin on using cheats just buy the ingredients or go huntin for some.
but im not sure about the equipment cause im 100 alchemy and i still use apprentice equipment.

Like on . It lists all ingredients in Oblivion by effect.

Why don't you just use a spell? It's alot cheaper and it doesn't weigh anything.
