Sorry guys, I didn't know if I should have posted in the old Korst Wind-Eye topic/thread (from 2009) or make a new one. But I got to the spirit bears heart and went to take it to Korst Wind-Eye, but he was nowhere to be found. I checked the Grandhall, his house, and all houses in the Skaal Village. I checked all over Lake Fjalding, I checked where I met Rolf Long-Tooth. I've tried waiting, resting, saving and reloading. I've even tried spawning him with the PlaceAtPC command, and it didn't work. I've tried Placeatpc korst wind-eye 1, 1, 1 -- placeatpc korst wind-eye 1 1 1 -- placeatpc wind-eye 1, 1, 1. Am I doing something wrong? Is there somewhere else to look?

Could he have died at some point in battle against something? (in which case, you're screwed, because he needs to be alive)

PlaceAtPC, "korst wind-eye", 1, 1, 1

That should be the exact command you type in. It looks like you were missing the quotation marks. If for some reason that doesn't work, you could try the same command but change it to PlaceAtMe. I can't remember the difference between those, but I seem to recall sometimes one works while the other doesn't.

If the PlaceAt commands don't work, I would suggest the ResetActors command along with the Resurrect command to make sure he's still in the game.

And if all of that still fails, you can always skip ahead to the next journal quest, see if that resets him somehow.
