Hello,
I did the main quest with Sul Matuul and Nibani Maesa http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Meet_Sul-Matuul. But when I got back to Caius, for orders topic he tells me about Huleeya and gives me 200gold every time I click it, for lost prophencies he says that Mehra Milo knows something about it, but no topic adds anything into my journal.

I have in my journal both entries (look at that link), 60 is first 56 is second.

I guess it is that bug mentioned in the page about quest, but I have no idea how to fix it.

If Caius is telling you that Mehra Milo knows something about the lost prophecies, then the journal entry for A2_1_MeetSulMatuul is definitely set to 60. Looking at Caius's dialogue chain in the CS, I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be getting the next quest if you talk with him about "orders". I don't think it's the "bug" mentioned on the wiki page; this smells to me more of another mod-related issue.

If you don't feel like bug-hunting through your mod list again, you can try taking a shortcut by opening the console and typing:

Journal "A2_2_6thHouse" 5

That should activate the next quest (but if some mod-related issue is preventing you from obtaining the quest the "proper" way, there are no guarantees that further issues won't ensue).

I'm using only one mode and that changes language, because I am not so good in english

So I think I'll just use console to start next quest

I have just tried to fix it by console, in journal quest started, but caius still replies same for orders

Edit 2:
Without mode it is going fine, so I looked into Construction Set. That mode just changes name of topic and changes reply for it, all the other things look same. So that reply about Huleeya has exactly same variables as the original one, but for some reason it isn't working.

That is everything that I can get from it.
