CE Telekinesis is never required as the effect itself if purely situational. Cast when Used would be more powerful and would last enough in any case you would need it.
CE Levitation is actually some kind of hindrance at 8pts. What it does is slowing you down, only being useful at low Alteration skill and Willpower. Cast when Used or a spell would do better.
CE Invisibility is a useful one as you can re-equip it every time the effect is lost, and it has no magnitude.
CE Restore Attribute would do better if you made it into a magnitude spread instead.
CE Water Breathing and Night Eye are a great asset.
CE Fortify Attribute and CE Restore Stat are classic. STR would allow more carry weight for unlimited time, which is important.
Cast when Used Chameleon 100pts is helpful; however, it chews up a lot of charge. You should better max your Enchanting and make CE exquisite panties with Fortify Skill: Enchanting 10pts. Or use a bigger soul. Or both.
CE Water Walking isn't really an important one but saves up the need of re-casting the Water Walking spell every N seconds.
