Random/weird over-encumbered

Hello there, travelers. I stumbled upon a weird bug in Morrowind The game keeps giving me random "you are over-encumbered" messages, although I don't have any lowered attributes, no drains, and no diseases. It mostly happens when I'm climbing stairs or running around. It lasts for a few seconds, and then it goes away, only to appear some minutes later. My strength is fine, and I even went to a temple and had a restoration, just for the sake of it. I play with Morrowind Overhaul, Tamriel Rebuilt and a dozens other mods. I am hoping that one of you somehow encountered this rare bug and can help me. It really ruins my playing experience and I end up quitting the game after 5 min. Thank you!

Do you actually get slowed down when it happens (but no effect to your stats) or can you go at normal speed and are just getting the message coming up?

When I'm getting the message I cannot move/jump anymore. It goes away after a few seconds, and all is back to normal until it appears again. Couldn't find this bug anywhere.

Have you tried disabling some/all of your mods to see if it still occurs? if it doesn't, it could be a problem with one or several mods you use.

Actually, I did reinstall Morrowind, and this time I will add one mod at a time. All good until now. Cheers!
