I just noticed this yesterday when I was replaying Morrowind. I decided to test some spells on the Bull Netches, and I realized they have vaguely humanesque faces on the front of their bodies.
http://uesp.net/wiki/File:MW-creature-Bull_Netch.jpgI know it's hard to tell at first because of how the graphics are rendered, but if you look closely, you can make out two squinting eyes, a flat nose, eyebrows, and a grinning, closed mouth. Best viewed from the front.

I don't see it. Where should I be looking, exactly? I think this is a trick of perception on your part.

This definitely seems like a standard case of Pareidolia to me.
