In my house at Windhelm, you get mannequins. Right when I got the house I put a full set of Steel Plate armor on one of my mannequins. Just now I took the Steel Plate armor off and then I put Ebony armor on it this time. I left my house, went back inside because I forgot something. Sure enough, when I walked up the stairs, there was the full set of Steel Plate on the same mannequin I took it off. I did this another time just so I know I wasn't going crazy. Lol so yeah its pretty crazy. Update: It happened to my Dwarven armor too! |

Does the armor appear on the mannequin if you just take it off and not replace it? If not, then this would be more of an armor transformation glitch. Put good armor of one kind on it, leave, come back, swap with a lower armor, leave, come back and have the better armor instead. |

I wonder if that will happen with the mannequin in the Dawnstar sanctuary after you complete the Dark Brotherhood questline |

Found a video detailing the glitch. Haven't tried it myself, but plan to tonight. |

This works! Anything that counts as Apparel will be duplicated by using this glitch. You have to remove the worn item to place a different item to be duplicated, though. |

It works not just for armor but for Mage Robes Necklaces Rings DRAGON PRIEST MASKS Arch Mage Robes Shoes Gloves Nightingale Boots and Gloves Shields However whatever you duped first will continue to be on the mannequin |
