are there any planes of oblivion in skyrim?
so far i've only been in someones head/mind (mind of madness) and a soulgem (azura's star)

There shouldn't be.
The events of Oblivion culminated in the permanent closing of the passage to and from Oblivion.

Correction: It closed the passage from Oblivion to Mundus, except for invitation via summoning. If it was a two way thing, then Shivering Isles would have been a little tricky for anyone who had already completed Oblivion's main quest.
