Battlespire crashes, "Code: 0 not found in C:"

I'm using a Macbook (OS X, version 10.6.
and trying to play Battlespire with DOSBox. I tried to follow the instructions on the site, but I when I try to open the game, I just get a red screen, and then a message that says "Code: 0 not found in C:"
I tried looking around, but I can't seem to find anything that can help me.

I think that means it wasn't installed correctly.
Try installing it again, follow the directions exactly, and make sure they're the instructions for Mac.
