I haven't played Daggerfall yet, and don't even know what Unity is, so I'm planning on going with DOS when I do play it-- which will probably be sooner rather than later.  I've been getting back into Arena, but I keep starting over with different characters because I can't seem to make up my mind which race and class I want to play with! I wouldn't worry about not having any experience with playing tabletop RPGs; you don't really need it. |

Um...good luck? I've only ever played it on DOS, and really just so I could get the bug fix. |

You don't have to add mods to Unity to enjoy it. I personally prefer the Unity version just because I could never get the original one to control the way I wanted it to and the opening cutscene always stuttered horrifically no matter how many times I restarted it. |
