Hi everybody, I have encountered the following problem: After having raised two skills (the major Restoration skill and the miscellaneous running skill) to 100%, the other skills seem to be capped at 95% (in my case up to now the primary skill Destruction, the minor skills Alteration and Illusion). Does anyone happen to know the reason and/or solution for this problem? I could not find anything about this in the Wiki. Kind regards Stefan |

Thank you very much for the prompt reply! It seems that every subsequent raise of a primary, major or minor skill to 100% makes that skill a mastered skill, too. So, when I raised my Restoration skill to 115% with an enchanted item, and after that raised my Destruction skill to 100%, the remaining skills again got stuck at 95%, so I had to enchant and equip yet another item to raise Destruction to 115% in order to raise the next skill to 100%. |

Apparently the game simply checks if there's a skill at exactly 100%, and if yes, it caps all other skills at 95%. |

It might depend on the version of the game. Playing the anthology version, I have no problems with skills capping, despite 5 skills currently being 100. |
