what to do next?

Since my character has the best armor in the game and more then enough attribute point, i was wondering what should i do next? Is there any way to make it even stronger? I was thinking about enchanting all of my items, but i don't know what effects to add, my character is High Elf (because of immunity to paralysis) and its custom class (ofc). I mostly use fireballs, and sometimes daedric katana. Also im planing to get oghma infinium since i'm highest rank in mages guild, so what should i put those 30 points in? Is it worth to invest in luck? I heard that increasing luck increases chance of getting better loot. P.S. ill post screen shots as soon as i figure out how, i registered just few minutes ago, sorry!
