A place to discuss and ask questions about the second part of The Elder Scrolls series

I was going to download Daggerfall until I heard the news that daggerfall has some adult content in it. I do not want to disgrace my elders. I'm currently 15 years old and the main question is that should I download this game or should I wait for two and a half years.

All Elder Scrolls games are 18+. Or I guess 17 with the M rating. Daggerfall features written [&@%!] and nudity so yeah. Shield your eyes, my child.

The Force tells me thou art wrong. Skyrim and Oblivion are at least PG-13 as long as you play as a 'Protector of the Common Folk'. My Fame in Oblivion was 200 and infamy 0. Skyrim murders 0.

Daggerfall is realistic. Some nude girls here and there, erotic fiction (Barenziah, oh my) and lots of blood and gore. 99% of NPCs are 'common' though, no distinctive feats.
You should play it anyway though, as the nudity is there mostly for fun & realism, and everything is pretty much pixelated, including gore.

I mean, I don't necessarily think being able to undress your characters at will adds anything to realism, especially since only female characters even have any nude textures (as far as I recall the male models don't even have nipples) but that's everyone's personal bees wax, and doesn't belong here.
Just for the sake of thoroughness, a video game rating depends on every little bit of content within the game, and not what you personally do and don't do. All TES titles that have received an ESRB rating are rated M (17+), save for Morrowind which is rated T (13+).
