Discussions and questions about the CS and mods for Oblivion

For quite some time now I have been tossing over the basic concepts of archery in oblivion - mainly in regards to the system of using and recovering arrows.
As we all know, Oblivion has the default arrow recovery rate of 50% where attempting recovery from an enemy. My proposition however, will completely eleminates this. Rather than having arrows randomly disappear, they have a chance to break (depending of course on various skills, formulae etc) and will be fully repairable through typical means.
Depending on one's marksman/armorer sklill, the arrow will be easier/harder to repair, break more/less frequently and result in a higher or lower incidence of breaking a repair hammer (as with a typical weapon) - simulating the already existing system in vanilla.
Even if you do not specialize in Armorer or marksman skills, you can just as easily take the arrows to a repairman (anyone who offers typical weapon repair) and pay them to repair the arrows for you.
This system is already fully developed and ready to be launched (bar some minor bugs and addons) and I would like feedback from the modder community about possible further addons, designs.
If you have any Suggestions/Questions, post here!

Sounds solid. Especially since at 100 armorer wouldn't you be able to repair them in perpetuity?

I promise to release on Tesnexus in < 2 weeks. Sorry about the delay, but I've been very busy.
And to answer the previous question,
No, while there is a level which for every arrow you can repair it with 100% success, for ebony arrows and daedric arrows, this exceeds level 100, so therefore there is always a possibility to break a repair hammer.
daedric = 120
ebony = 110

Very nice, especially since it is always a pain to keep buying arrows for me, and I can never find another skill to fit in with my archer, so armorer will be a good one. I've been looking for an excuse to use it.
