Does nobody find it a little weird how in a random chest or cave there will be an amazing item. Are the same items in the same chests ot is the game designed so you have to find these items. A little random ...

99% of the chests in the game are filled with randomized items, generated from leveled lists. Some chests (boss chests) use better lists and therefore are more likely to contain an enchanted item, but the process is still random. If you go to the same chest with a different character (or even just restarting from a save in most cases) you'll find a different set of items. Searching random chests is also pretty much the only way to find a large number of the game's available magic items. --Nephele^Talk 15:40, 20 June 2007 (EDT)
