Welcome[edit]

Hello Platypodge! Welcome to the wiki. I hope you enjoy using the site and find the information on it useful. If you decide you want to help improve any of our pages, we're always welcoming to new editors so feel free. You might want to look at our Getting Started page for some tips on how to begin, then play in our Sandbox for a while to practice. If you need any help or advice, please ask one of our mentors. Enjoy! --RpehTCE 06:42, 21 October 2007 (EDT)

Multiple Edits[edit]

I just wanted to mention your multiple edits to the Oblivion:Roleplaying/Ayleid and Oblivion:Fathis Ules pages. When you edit a page and hit the "Save Changes" button, it is registered as an edit and appears in the Recent Changes; as patrollers, we have to individually okay each edit made by other users, and this can become very cumbersome when several minor edits are made to the same page. If you could use the "Show Preview" button, rather than the "Save Changes" button, all of your changes will be previewed without registering an edit; that way you can preview your work and decide if anything else needs changing without submitting multiple edits. --Gaebrial 05:28, 13 November 2007 (EST)

Breadcrumb Trails[edit]

Hi there. Just in case you're planning to start putting trails on other pages I should tell you that Timenn and I just had to undo all the work you did on campsites! It looks like you copied and pasted the campsites trail onto each page, which caused a few oddities like all the campsites being put into the "Bread Crumb Trail Templates" category. The correct way to apply such a template is to enter {{Oblivion Places Campsite Trail}}, which transcludes one page into another. In fact the Place Summary template (which we've switched to instead) automatically looks for a correctly-named trail and adds it to the page. Thank you for spotting that the trail could be better, but you might be better off experimenting a little next time, or even asking a mentor. –RpehTCE 08:28, 16 January 2008 (EST)

Image Contributions[edit]

Some pages, I have noticed, have images that you have added. Under these images there are captions. These captions are not necessarily helpful, nor do they describe what is going on in the image, or describe who the person is. Please bear this in mind the next time you try to add an image and caption. Thank you.
