Welcome![edit]

Hiya Kill Nazeem! Welcome to UESPWiki. It's great when we get new members. Just thought I'd send you a welcome with some helpful info. Check out the following links:

If you would like to spice up your userpage, take a look at the Userboxes page: a near complete list of userboxes, including a guide to making your own.

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~ (do not sign edits to articles). Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Have fun!

Thanks, this site's been pretty cool so far. I never thought editing wikis would be so fun o.O. I've surprised myself, but I have a lot to learn, so thanks for the links. Expecially the userboxes one. Much appreciated :D! Kill Nazeem (talk) 07:26, 5 September 2013 (GMT) Kill Nazeem
I would like to pull your attention to "remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~" in ABC's welcome message, as it makes it easier for all of us to know who we are discussing with, and easier to address our advices and responses. Hope you find this helpful? (Personally I like to add a — in front of the tildes too, for the look of it.) —MortenOSlash (talk) 05:11, 5 September 2013 (GMT)
Oh, sorry. I couldn't find the tilde key last night and I was in a hurry. :/ Won't happen again. Kill Nazeem (talk) 07:26, 5 September 2013 (GMT) Kill Nazeem
You're welcome, I found those links really helpful when I first started here. As for signing, it's no big deal if you forget every now and then, it's just one of those little things that's good to get into the habit of doing right away. Also, don't be scared off if you get reminders of things like this, or are told that something is done differently than what you expected-- it's just people trying to help, not criticize. Glad to have ya on the wiki, and have fun! :) — ABCface 13:35, 5 September 2013 (GMT)
Thanks! I appreciate all the links and help, I'll do my best to improve the wiki (rather than dump all over it) xD! Kill Nazeem (talk) 16:28, 5 September 2013 (GMT) Kill Nazeem
