I and others host arguably the most comprehensive guide available on modding Skyrim (for now) with support community to boot. The guide is STEP and we are at http://wiki.step-project.com/ (the link is not an advertisement, so I hoe it is not viewed that way. It is particularly relevant and useful to this community, IMO).
