Greetings. My name is J. King, and I'm a recent Elder Scrolls fan. While I have had copied of Daggerfall, Battlespire and Redguard for several years, I never actually liked the series much, as I have not historically been a roleplaying game player; the titles simply accrued into my library because they were, at the time, cheap.

I've been a computer gamer since around 1989, and most of the games I play and enjoy, even today, have been for DOS. Because of this I have taken it upon myself to become the steward of the DOSBox article here on UESP. I do not believe it is immodest of me to say that the article as it is now is much improved from what was there before, and I fully intend to upkeep it when necessary. I hope also to write or edit other articles on subjects technical, but first I must immerse myself in Tamriel!

I briefly played Arena and enjoyed it very much, but my current computer is a little slow for Daggerfall or the others in DOSBox (or Oblivion, for that matter). Since purchasing a copy of Morrowind I have been playing it obsessively; it is easily the best roleplaying game I have ever played. I am now a true believer.

I'll eventually think of other things to put here, but for now I've been keeping in-progress content at User:JKing/WIP, and you might find something of relevance there.

Morrowind cartography[edit]

Lately I have had an interest in trimming down Category:Morrowind Pages Needing Maps, and have thus far completed the following maps:

The SVG elements I use are all kept in my template file.
