Alternate Format?[edit]

The format should be changed, having individual sections for individual authors makes more clutter then is needed. instead there should be a small link to the creator of the mod after the title of the mod. --Unsigned

I thought about that when first setting it up, but this format seemed better. It's desirable to group works by individual authors together because: 1) their works tend to have a similar style -- if you like one, you're likely to like another; 2) replacers by different modders tend to overlap and cause conflict in a few places -- this is generally not a problem with works by a single author; 3) replacers are typically identified by name of author + name of replacer -- this arrangement makes both easy to access. --Wrye 01:57, 2 August 2007 (EDT)

Deletion of Carnajo[edit]

According to Google, the site on which the mod was reviewed contains malware. — Unsigned comment by 70.160.25.160 (talk) on 23 November 2009

Ah yes, thanks for pointing that out. I mistakenly reverted it. I will remove it once again. –Elliot talk 12:43, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Cleanup as requested[edit]

I went through the article, updated the links and added a few new ones for the existing authors (did not add new authors). Very useful article - I've downloaded many of the mods and made a collection of comparison screenshots for them. If there is interest and capacity on this site I will happily create a page with the comparison screenshot thumbnails. Maturin 19:17, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

Updated broken links[edit]

I've updated as many broken links as I could find. For those which I couldn't find a mirror, the old link has been left with a note that it is dead. I haven't removed the notice from the top since some authors have most or all their available links down, but the vast majority of links are now fixed. Toulmin (talk) 02:14, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
