Summary

This template provides a uniform look for all Elder Scrolls Online recipe pages, and should be used at the top of the pages for any recipes. It automatically fills in the breadcrumb trails and categories.

Parameters

Online Recipe Summary

Parameter	Scope	Description
type	required	The type of the food or beverage.
id	required	The ID of the food or beverage (not the recipe). This is used in the Item Link in the title.
level	required	The level of the food or beverage. (This is the minimum level at which the item can be used.)
effects	required	The effects of the item. This should only be used for special recipes that don't follow the normal pattern. Otherwise, the effects field will be filled in automatically based on type, health, magicka, and stamina fields.
titlename	optional	Name to display in the top of the table. (Default: page name stripped of any disambiguation text.)
icon	optional	The name of the icon file to display, minus "ON-icon-food-" and the ".png" suffix.
icontype	optional	The type of the icon. Defaults to "food" if omitted.
delicacytype	optional	Indicate if it is a "Food" or "Beverage". Only needed for Delicacies, other types will work automatically.
quality	optional	The Recipe Quality skill required to produce the item.
itemquality	optional	The item quality. (Default: quality+1)
improvement	optional	The Recipe Improvement skill required to produce the item.
ing1…5	optional	The ingredients required to produce the item. For standard recipes, these should be specified based on their position in the recipe tables. Meat and Alcohol ingredients should be ing1, Fruit and Tea should be ing2, Vegetable and Tonic should be ing3, Medium ingredients should be ing4, and Improvement ingredients should be ing5. For special recipes, just use the order in which they appear and list them sequentially starting from ing1
qty1…5	optional	Quantity of each ingredient needed. Only use if that quantity is greater than 1.
description or desc (deprecated)	optional	Flavor-text description.
health	optional	The amount of maximum health or health recovery from the item. Can usually be skipped unless the values are non-standard.
magicka	optional	The amount of maximum magicka or magicka recovery from the item. Can usually be skipped unless the values are non-standard.
stamina	optional	The amount of maximum stamina or stamina recovery from the item. Can usually be skipped unless the values are non-standard.
icontype1…5	optional	Type of icon for ingredients - only needed when type is something other than "food".
nonstandard	optional	Used to indicate that a recipe uses non-standard ingredients.
Behavior Options
subsetname	optional	Set name to use when saving. This option currently saves only a subset of the data for use with {{Online Staple Entry}}. If specified, nosave is ignored. (Note: this option is made available for potential future expansion. Use savecommon instead unless you have a specific requirement.)
savecommon	optional	Shortcut to use the default "common" subset for saving an Online Staple Entry.
nosave	optional	Prevents secondary templates from saving variables when there are multiple summaries on a page.
skipcat1…5	optional	Prevents template from creating categories for specific ingredients.
nocat	optional	Prevents template from creating all categories for the ingredients.
