Glitch[edit]

When you enter the hall of valour and he talks to you , you can leave straight away and he automatically comes out too. You can then pickpocket the axe from him with the righ perks. This allows for two axes. KingKTalk 18:53, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi. This isn't really a new glitch. Changing locations while in mid-conversation with an NPC usually causes him/her to follow you to that location. Other glitches pertaining to NPC dialogue can be found here. As for the pickpocketing part, I believe the Misdirection perk can be used on most NPCs to acquire their equipped weapons. ~ Psylocke 19:01, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Nedic?[edit]

Should we really say "Most likely because Nedes are basically proto-Nords?" That is not necessarily true, is it? We do not know what Nedes are trully, but so we shouldn't put it. I thought that Nedes were most likely native to Cyrodiil, and either way, we should not say with a certainty that Nedes = Nords when a lot of Lore writers, or former ones, seem to say the opposite. Ysgramor was a Nord, but was every Nede one as well, if so, why are some of them shorter than the vast majority of their kinsmen to make every Imperial and Breton shorter?--Br3admax 23:16, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

I've removed the sentence. It doesn't make much sense, and is an unnecessary observation anyway. —Legoless 02:38, 14 August 2012 (UTC)

Ysgramor Height[edit]

He is half a head taller than other Nords. Can someone kindly spawn him in the game and open the console, click on him and type "GetScale" His scale will be larger than 1.03. Thanks in advance! Dragon Guard (talk) 17:33, 27 June 2013 (GMT)

Are you sure that this is not a general variance among various characters in the game? I believe that the player can vary their own height slightly in the facial design phase, is it not possible that a large number of NPCs are slightly taller or shorter than the average? Giant[edit]

I was in a chat forum and Michael Kirkbride joined in, and he said some stuff that implied that Ysgramor was a half-giant. This can be backed up by the fact that Ysgramor is taller than most Nords. It is also seen by the NPC called Lyris Titanborn in Online that giant-human crossbreeding is completely possible. I also saw some concept art that showed Ysgramor waving to a giant while leaving Atmora.— Unsigned comment by 24.21.53.215 (talk) at 10:49 on 5 May 2014 (GMT)

We only include information in articles that can be verified using gameplay or game files. Unless there's any information in the game itself to back up this suggestion, this probably falls under the heading of original research. ThuumofReason (talk) 12:30, 5 May 2014 (GMT)
That art wasn't a concept art and it showed Talos, not Ysgramor. Phoenix Neko (talk) 21:39, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
