Possible Bug

It seems that the empty white phial is remaining in my inventory even after the phial refills. In other words, right now for instance, I have two empty white phials in my inventory even though there is a full white phial in my inventory as well. Has anyone else experienced this? Possibly related to patch 1.6.89.0, since I didn't notice this happening until after I installed it. Kronos o 22:26, 11 June 2012 (UTC)

Empty Phial duping

I've found that trying to equip the empty phial (listed in the miscellaneous section of your inventory) causes it to duplicate. Not sure if this is helpful or just a glitch. 98.167.210.177 17:36, 19 February 2013 (GMT)

Protected Item?

I'd lost my refilling White Phial many, many months ago by keeping the wrong empty one, but have just found the full white phial in a barrel that had obviously reset with potatoes in as well? Biffa. 90.202.87.78 02:33, 14 March 2013 (GMT)

I had a similar experience - I somehow lost track of my White Phial a long time ago, and recently I found it just sitting on the floor in Hjerim. I used it and it refilled properly (the empty phial even got removed). I then set it on a shelf in Hjerim, and a little while later, I came back and it had disappeared again. I can confirm that the lost Phial can "return" - for me, it reappeared standing on Quintus Navale's table in the White Phial, and most interestingly, it reappeared owned, so I'd have to steal it in order to get it back. I don't know what mechanics cause it to choose such weird places to respawn, but I think it definitely needs to be mentioned on the page. Disappearing Phial?

I wanted to know if this was a legit bug; I put the Phial in favorites in case of a "bad situation" but when I drank it, it didn't reappear anywhere in my inventory. Has anyone else experienced this glitch?
