Permanent Stubs

I doubt that any further information whatsoever might exist for these guys. I'm all for the eternal discovery of info, and there might be something out there, but should these really be marked as 'stubs' just because these NPC's are simply placeholders? I only left the stub tag because the NPC Summaries has huh-tags instead of levels; otherwise, page is finished. --Krusty 05:22, 2 April 2012 (UTC)

Why just stand there
